2025 CALIFORNIA BUILDING STANDARDS CODE – EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2029

The State of California updates its building standards, also known as the California Code of Regulations, Title 24, every three years. The current code in effect is the 2012 California Building Standards Code. The 2025 edition of the California Building Standards Code will go into effect on January 1, 2026.
